Lord Cob from Tales from Earthsea. I know this is a lacking movie but gods Cob is such an intriguing antagonist. He’s so damn creepy and stuffed up. I actually enjoy Tales from Earthsea to some extent thanks to his presences and portrayal. He is so caught up in his search for immortality he has lost all drive for the other things in life. Just his voice alone is enough to creep me out. Such a brilliant villain!
